The Status shows if the metadata, display pattern and all content and list items are up-to-date. You must check the status after updating schemas and display pattern, which is indicated with a red badge in the main menu.

Types of Status

In the settings section of your Picturepark you will find the status, which shows:

  • Content and List Items

    • Takes care of schema modifications concerning field removals or text field calculated values. 

  • Display Patterns

    • Takes care of Display Pattern changes on schemas. 

  • Search Indices

    • Index for Content Item values or List Item values optimized for searching. 

    • Nested values are flattened for better search performance which may affect Business Rule configuration or Advanced search queries. See Tagbox, Fieldset, and Relationship for details.

Status Changes

Each of those areas shows if the information used for searching and displaying values is up to date. The states are:

  • Green: All information is up to date and performing at its best.

  • Yellow: Searches against the search index will work correctly but performance is not the best. Re-indexing operations can speed up searches.

  • Red: The search index is not up to date. Searches cannot work properly. A full re-indexing is needed.

The state is also represented via a badge in the main menu, which indicates if an update is required.

Picturepark does not require updated information to work but search results may be wrong if the information is not up-to-date. However
