Picturepark has different levels of file support.
You can upload any file type to Picturepark. There is no file limitation but system limitation (bandwidth, storage).
Only some files can be rendered in Picturepark and will get a preview.
For the second case, the rendering support depends on our third-party components, which we use to provide file rendering. These are listed in the help section (System Information) in your Picturepark. Find the correct library in use by looking for Nuget packages for the following rendering components:
