Manage file-based and file-less content in a strictly-structured way. Connect and enrich the content for better context, reusability, and a greater degree of automation.

You can build your data model from scratch, as well as your permission sets. You are completely free in doing so but we suggest talking to a Picturepark solution specialist to get some best practice advice. If you decide to do it yourself, you should ask yourself several questions before starting to configure the Content Platform.

You can collect this information however you like. You can build an Entity Relationship Model, use Excel or your desired mind mapping tool. Whatever helps you to get an overview of the content you have and the information you need.

  1. Layers (basically your content types) to create.
  2. Fields per Layer (including the Lists for the Tagbox fields)
  3. Lists and List Items (basically every tagbox)
  4. Fields per List (which may link to other Lists again)
