WebP As Output

The following settings for .webp are additionally available.

WebP offers file sizes that are around 30% smaller than JPEG without a quality gap. It also provides transparency (alpha channel) like PNG, and the ability to animate images like the GIF format. Picturepark only renders the first frame as a preview and does not create animated webp formats.

Property	Description
extension	This property should not be overwritten, as webp only has one extension. A use case is extensions that are identical like jpg vs. jpeg.
quality	Compression quality. Must be in range [0,100] and defaults to 90.
